Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info.visitkashi@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on +91 7080109918. The following refund schedule applies:

Cancellation Notice Period	Refund Applicable
More than 7 days before service date	90% refund of amount paid
3–7 days before service date	50% refund of amount paid
Less than 3 days before service date	No refund
No-show on the day of service	No refund

2. Cancellation by Visit Kashi

In rare circumstances (natural calamities, government orders, safety concerns), Visit Kashi may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases:

• A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Alternatively, we will offer to reschedule your booking at no extra charge.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking) via Razorpay.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
• Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 days depending on your bank.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Special event bookings (e.g., Dev Diwali, Ganga Aarti special slots) are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
• Any third-party costs (entry tickets, permits) already purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling

You may request a rescheduling (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 48 hours before the original service date. One free reschedule is allowed per booking; subsequent changes may attract a nominal fee.

6. Dispute Resolution

For any payment disputes, please contact us first at info.visitkashi@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 72 hours. If unresolved, you may raise a dispute via your payment provider.
