1. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info.visitkashi@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on +91 7080109918. The following refund schedule applies:

3–7 days before service date 50% refund of amount paid
Less than 3 days before service date No refund
No-show on the day of service No refund

2. Cancellation by Visit Kashi

In rare circumstances (natural calamities, government orders, safety concerns), Visit Kashi may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases:

You may request a rescheduling (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 48 hours before the original service date. One free reschedule is allowed per booking; subsequent changes may attract a nominal fee.

6. Dispute Resolution

For any payment disputes, please contact us first at info.visitkashi@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 72 hours. If unresolved, you may raise a dispute via your payment provider.
