1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using visitkashi.com ("we", "our", "us") or making any booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Visit Kashi provides travel-related services including hotel/stay bookings, cab/taxi rental, boat ride bookings, Ganga Aarti experiences, guided tours, and customised tour packages in and around Varanasi (Kashi), Uttar Pradesh, India.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment (partial advance or full, as specified).
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Visit Kashi does not store your card or bank details.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp within 2 hours of successful payment.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for ensuring all travellers in your group hold valid government-issued IDs where required.
• Guests must respect local customs, temple rules, and laws applicable at each destination.

5. Pricing & Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings. Any change to an existing confirmed booking may attract additional charges. We reserve the right to revise itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Third-Party Services

Visit Kashi may partner with third-party hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for the direct services provided by these third parties, though we endeavour to maintain quality standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on visitkashi.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Visit Kashi and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visit Kashi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, including delays, accidents, acts of nature, or government-imposed restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
